Our Return Process
Visit our contact page and request that you would like to return your products. Briefly explain your issue to our support agents and they will provide a return merchandise authorization number (RMA number) so you may begin the process detailed below.

2. Pack up the item you’re returning. Include a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt received upon initial delivery.
3. You may ship the package back to the address below any way you would like, ie. UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. You will be responsible for postage back to SYMPLE.
4. Mail your returned item.
